Terms of Service

These terms are between you (or the organization you represent) and Polymerix Labs Ltd (“Zoran”, “we”), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Using the Zoran agent, the API, or the dashboard means you accept them. If something here doesn't work for you, write to support@polymerix.io before you rely on the service.

What the service is

Zoran runs a small daemon on your machine that watches your local Claude Code and Cursor sessions. When a session needs a human, our cloud relay rings your real phone or texts you through our telephony provider. Every decision — allow, deny, freeze — is made by you, by keypress or SMS. The voice assistant can describe what your agents are doing; it can never approve or deny anything on its own. What data moves and what never leaves your machine is described in the Privacy Policy, which these terms incorporate by reference.

Your account

Access is tied to a device token created by zoran init. You're responsible for what happens under your token, including decisions taken from your phone number. Tell us immediately at support@polymerix.io if you believe a token or phone number was compromised; we can revoke it on our end.

Acceptable use

Billing

Zoran uses prepaid credits in pound sterling, purchased through Stripe Checkout. The rates per call, SMS, and assistant turn are shown on your dashboard before you spend anything, and every movement is listed in your usage history. New devices receive a small welcome credit, free. At zero balance the service goes silent rather than charging you: no calls, no texts. We don't store your card details; Stripe does, under its own terms. Questions about a charge, or a refund of unused credit: support@polymerix.io.

Intellectual property

Your code, your sessions, and everything your agents produce stay yours. We claim no ownership over anything the daemon observes. The Zoran product itself (the agent, the API, the dashboard) is ours, and using the service doesn't transfer any of that to you.

Service availability

This is an early-access product and we don't promise a specific uptime today. Phone delivery also depends on mobile carriers and our telephony provider. The hooks are built to fail open: if Zoran is unreachable, your agents keep working exactly as they would without it — an outage on our side never blocks your work.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” A phone call is a relay, not a review: the decisions you take remain your decisions, and Zoran doesn't replace reading your agents' output. To the extent the law allows it, Polymerix Labs Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including a missed call or an undelivered SMS — and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or £100 if you never topped up). Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time: zoran stop removes the daemon and hooks, and you can ask us to delete your device data. We can suspend or terminate access for a clear breach of these terms. We'll tell you why, and give you a chance to fix it first unless the breach is actively harming other users.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll notify you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except where local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country instead.
